Kathryn Severns-Avery is a passionate advocate for those who serve our communities and a multi-faceted entrepreneur with a heart for first responders.

As the founder of Restoration Ranch Colorado, Kathryn leads a mission-driven nonprofit providing health, wellness, and restorative retreats for law enforcement, fire/EMS, emergency dispatchers, trauma surgeons, ER staff, and other front-line personnel and their families. The Ranch offers a peaceful Colorado getaway where first responders can rest, recharge, and be truly cared for in return.

Kathryn is also the author behind Count Down to Retirement, a book series helping people navigate the transition out of their careers with clarity and confidence.
